The Islander 36 has been a well-known and much appreciated Alan Gurney racing/cruising design (especially well-known on the West Coast)for many years, with a sensible and roomy interior, attractive classic lines, and very good sailing performance too. 'Incredible III' has been continually updated with many features added, and is ready to turn heads under new ownership! 'Incredible III' has been used for coastal cruising and captained charter work as well, and as part of the responsibilities of charter operation, 'Incredible III' has just had a full and thorough survey for insurance purposes, which can be made available when visiting the yacht. A good indication of any satisfactory yacht is how long people own them, and 'Incredible III' has been in its current ownership since 1988, which is a pretty long stretch by any measure! It should be understood that this yacht is being sold 'fully found,' which means all lifejackets, foul weather gear, binoculars, charts, and everything else in the boat is part of the deal!
