| Berthing for four, with a Pullman double berth forward, a lowering salon table and settee arangement for another double, and a small berth for children over the head compartment. The interior flooring is all new synthetic teak and holly, with a 'C' shaped dinette/settee to port, and galley to starboard. Aft of the dinette on the port side is the head, with wash basin, toilet and shower. All cushions are to be replaced with new leatherette upholstery. |

Deep 'V' hull, command bridge layout, with refinished teak cockpit, Release fighting chair, hardtop (2008), teak swim platform (2009), transom door (2009), new enclosure in Stratoglass and polycarbonate (2009). The engine room has standing headroom (nice!!) and is accessed via a dedicated door and companionway from the cockpit. Bottom sandblasted and barrier coated (2009). Cockpit is equipped with washdown, and tackle station, plus a variety of rocket launchers and other rod holders. Electric anchor windlass with Danforth anchor on teak pulpit with SS rails.
